Starting his career in a skilled labor position at a nearby commercial glass company, Ryan acquired valuable construction and building knowledge. This experience laid the groundwork for his understanding of professional operations and efficient service delivery.
Seeking a new direction, Ryan ventured into the pest control industry, where his skills and passion quickly led to success. However, the constraints of working within a large national company’s framework spurred him to pursue an independent path. This decision led to the birth of Midwest Pest and Wildlife Control.
Initially a parallel venture while working at Cintas in Vandalia, Midwest Pest Control gradually evolved into Ryan’s primary focus, thanks to his exceptional service, genuine customer engagement, and unwavering work ethic. His business grew to become a sustainable source of livelihood for his family, allowing him to dedicate himself fully to Midwest Pest Control.
